The Penultimate Quest: Injective Ecosystem’s End of the Year Treasure Hunt

To commemorate the massive year of growth, Injective and its ecosystem dApps are hosting the first-ever joint treasure hunt for the entire ecosystem. Join this event for the opportunity to embark on an epic treasure hunt spanning some of the most popular dApps in the Injective ecosystem.

Overview

Injective is hosting an end-of-the-year treasure hunt with 12 ecosystem dApps, giving away a prize pool and exclusive Injective merchandise to three winners.

In this treasure hunt, each dApp will hide one word for participants to find in their product. The word will be revealed when the user correctly completes the unlocking action. The user must find all twelve words hidden in each product, which together will reveal a 12-word secret word to unlock the treasure box of prizes.

Note: you must interact with the application in some way in order to reveal the hidden word. Individual dApps will have their own unique riddles and clues to point you in the right direction.

Prize Pool

Three winners will receive USDT rewards and exclusive Injective merch. Winners will be chosen, in order, from the first three entrants to enter the secret words into the Google Form.

1st Place: 5,000 USDT + Injective merch
2nd Place: 3,000 USDT + Injective merch
3rd Place: 1,000 USDT + Injective merch

How to Participate as a User

The rules are simple. Twelve Injective ecosystem dApps will hide a word in their product for the participant to find. Each dApp will have its own unique requirement for the user to find the hidden word.

Once a user finds all twelve words, the user must submit it in a Google Form, in the right order, for a chance to win the golden treasure. The order of the words will be listed in the treasure map below.

Sponsor: The Sponsor of The End of Year Treasure Hunt Campaign is the Injective Community, through the Open DeFi Foundation, and including all participants in governance, maintenance, and development of the Injective blockchain and its ecosystem of protocols, including but not limited to Injective Labs Inc. (collectively “Injective Community”).
Eligibility: The End of Year Treasure Hunt Campaign (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Injective Community (the "Sponsor"), as well as their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.You may not participate in the Sweepstakes if you if you are: (1) a person who is the subject of economic or financial sanctions or trade embargoes administered or enforced from time to time by (a) the U.S. government, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or the U.S. Department of State or (b) the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom; or (c) any other relevant sanctions authority (Sanctions) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant ("You", “you”, or “Your”) agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on December 28, 2023 at 10:00AM EDT. Entries submitted before the Sweepstakes begins will not be eligible.
How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by entering the secret words into the Google form (“Form”) at https://injective.xyz/3RF1T50 by the Sponsor. Entrants will find each secret word in order once the campaign begins, and must enter the correct secret words into the Form to be eligible for the $9K in total prizes. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes,
Prize: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the "Winners") will receive the following prize:
- 1st Place: 5,000 USDT + Injective merch

Winners will be chosen, in order, from the first three Entrants to enter the correct secret words into the Form.

The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
By entering this Sweepstakes, You represent and warrant that Your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If Your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of Your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Injective Community from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Injective Community may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Injective Community, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) Your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
