Singapore government-backed validator Stakewithus is joining Injective as a genesis validator.
Stakewithus has been providing secure blockchain infrastructure for leading Proof-of-Stake protocols such as Cosmos. The company has created secure validation infrastructure for both retail and institutional clients. Stakewithus is backed by SGinnovate, a Singapore government deep-tech fund, and LuneX Ventures, Golden Gate Ventures’ blockchain fund.
“We are excited to be working alongside the team at Stakewithus. They continue to operate validator nodes for many of our close friends in the Cosmos network such as Terra. In addition, they have consistently achieved high uptime rates which will be integral for us moving forward,” said Injective Labs CEO, Eric Chen.
Stakewithus utilizes an active-passive setup for all validation nodes which vastly reduces the chance of double signing. Validation nodes are housed on-premise at distributed data centers. Public sentries are deployed on AWS and Google Cloud across multiple regions (US, EU and SEA) and availability zones for redundancy purposes. Their 24/7 monitoring system ensures that issues are identified and rectified in a timely manner.
“The current high gas fee environment has made on-chain trading hostile to smaller players. We believe Injective Protocol has the right team and resources to push forward the derivatives trading market,” said Michael Ng, Stakewithus co-founder.
The Injective community has found a top-tier ally in Stakewithus while continuing to embark on the journey to build the most robust decentralized derivatives exchange.
Stakewith.us provides secured yield solutions for crypto asset investors. Headquartered in Singapore and founded in February 2019, it offers a suite of institutional staking solutions and retail yields on Unagii.com for global clients.
Injective is the first cross-chain protocol built for decentralized finance applications. On the Injective exchange, anyone can access, create, and trade unlimited DeFi markets such as futures and perpetuals. Developers can also build cross-chain Ethereum-compatible projects that are lightning fast and achieve instant transaction finality. Injective is backed by a prominent group of stakeholders including Binance, Pantera Capital and Mark Cuban.
